Shipping and Delivery
Payne and Co. currently ship to Australia exclusively.
Delivery times may vary by destination and are subject to processing times and carrier services.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
Payne & Co. is not responsible for lost or damage to packages once they are in the carrier's possession.

Returns and Exchanges
Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges of any opened items.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us at support@payneandco.com.au within 10 days of delivery.
Refunds, when applicable, are processed back to the original payment method.
Please allow 10 days for the refund to be reflected in your account.
